Training program for Under-25

Stazione Radio On-The-Job is a project aimed at young people aged 18 to 25 living in Milan who are looking for a space for expression and experimentation that combines social and cultural commitment with the possibility of supporting their growth path with a regular and transparent economic income.

Stazione Radio On-The-Job contributes to the empowerment of young people for their entry into the job market, through quality, useful, paid training and with employment opportunities in an environment committed to social cohesion and a fair transition.

Who are we looking for

Girls and boys aged 18 to 25, university students and NEETs, with or without previous work experience, living in Milan, to be inserted into the world of work with on-the-job training paid in a regular and transparent manner.

The project will last 8 months — starting from March until October 2025.

Our offer

— 100 hours of training on the key activities of our social enterprise: bistro, podcasting, event organization, cycle tourism, etc. with the acquisition of certifications useful in the world of work (HACCP, first aid, etc.) and the development of skills (e.g. public relations, communication, bartending, etc.

— 640 hours of job placement with a job rotation system and tutoring with experts, to give everyone the opportunity to experiment.
